G Kishan Reddy challenges Congress, BRS to public debate on Telangana development

HYDERABAD: Union minister G Kishan Reddy on Tuesday challenged the Congress and BRS to a debate on NDA govt's contribution in Telangana in the last 11 years. Speaking at the event to appoint N Ramchander Rao as state BJP president, Kishan Reddyt said, "Some people are questioning what the BJP has done for Telangana.

They say this daily.

" Kishan Reddy said that over the past 11 years, the Modi govt has spent approximately 11 lakh crore for development of Telangana. Many institutions have been brought to Telangana and over 40 railway stations are being modernised in the state, he said. "We are ready to have this discussion anywhere, be it at the Secretariat, Press Club, Tank Bund, Warangal or Karimnagar," he said.

"Earlier, BRS looted Telangana every day and now Congress is doing the same, checking their accounts every evening," he said, expressing anger over those questioning Modi govt's governance when there is not a single rupee of corruption.
