G Square launches new projects in Tiruchi

Real estate developer G Square announced the launch of three projects of ready-to-construct villa plots in Tiruchi, covering 23 acres in Srirangam, Sembattu, and Panjappur on Thursday.

Addressing a press meet in the city, Sivakumar Pethaiyan, global business head, G Square, said that the three projects, offering a total of 368 villa plots, are located along major arterial roads in Srirangam (G Square Zen), Tiruchi-Madurai bypass (G Square Supreme 2), and the Tiruchi-Pudukottai highway (G Square Nest). Plot sizes range from 600 sq.ft to 2,649 sq. ft.

“With immediate proximity to the integrated bus stand at Panjapur, the airport and top educational institutions, these projects combine location advantage with long-term asset value,” said Mr. Pethaiyan.
