Gabrielle Union posted vintage video from each of her years with Dwyane Wade to commemorate their eleventh anniversary. The couple posted a video montage of themselves over the years to Instagram to mark the occasion.
Wade also shared a sweet picture of himself and Union celebrating their anniversary on his Instagram Stories.

Gabrielle Union is recalling innumerable moments spent with Dwyane Wade. The Bring It On actress posted a number of videos from every year of their marriage, dating back to their 2014 nuptials, in celebration of her 11th wedding anniversary with the Miami Heat star.Gabrielle, who is married to Dwyane and has a 6-year-old daughter named Kaavia Wade, posted on Instagram on August 20:“Eleven years of marriage and I’m still waking up next to my best friend laughing through the adventures, dancing through the challenges, and raiding the snack cabinet together.
This love feels like the best sleepover we get to call home… Thank you to everyone who continues to pray over our union, wade beside us, and pour into our family we don’t take it for granted. Here’s to more years of love, laughter, and everything in between… Forever, to eternity, and to us.

With a few puns, of course, Gabrielle continued by thanking all of their friends and family for their support and showing videos of her and the former NBA player over the years. Gabrielle Union reveals Dwyane Wade’s family was skeptical of their relationship due to age gap
Dwyane Wade's family did not instantly embrace his relationship with Gabrielle Union. Because the actress was nine years older than the NBA player, the two discussed how his family, particularly his older sister Tragil, had doubts about their relationship.During an appearance on Michelle Obama's IMO podcast, the Bring It On actor recently discussed how difficult it was to win his family's trust early in their relationship. However, Dwyane's family did not immediately see their relationship as a slam dunk when they first started dating in 2009. Tragil, his older sister, was actually a little worried about Gabrielle being nine years his senior.

When Gabrielle and Dwyane appeared on Michelle Obama's IMO podcast on August 20, they remarked:"When I first met his family, the older sisters, who are closer in age, were immediately good… We're good in the hood.
But with Tragil, because she has been the protector...She has been the watchdog. She has been the gatekeeper to keep him sane and to keep him doing everything he needs to do without interference from anybody."She further said: "Before I got to the wife stage, like when we were just the very beginning… I think Tragil and his mom were like, 'What do you want? Who are you, you older lady? What do you want?'"As she remembered it: "I was like, 'Actually, we both just got divorced, so we're kind of in the same space. I didn't have a kid at 20, I'm still childless, and I'm not racing to do that, so I'm straight. I got my own bank account, so I'm good.
