Genshin Impact's Version 6.4 "Luna V" is all set to arrive on February 25, 2026, and the new release is going to introduce Varka, the Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius. The update takes you back to Mondstadt, one of the older regions of the title, adding to the overall nostalgia.With the new update, you can expect the developers to introduce brand-new story content, events, and gameplay features. The Genshin Impact Luna V update follows the game’s usual six-week update cycle, and there will be a server maintenance of approximately five hours before the patch goes live.

Those who have reached Adventure Rank 5 or higher will receive 300 Primogems as compensation for the maintenance downtime. The pre-loading is already available, allowing you to download the update in advance for faster access once servers come back online. The update is relatively smaller than previous patches. Maintenance schedule

Server maintenance for Genshin Impact Luna V will begin at 6:00 AM CST on February 25, 2026.

It will last approximately five hours, and the servers will be unavailable during this period. Once the maintenance draws to an end, you will be able to experience all the new features in the new update. Essentially, Genshin Impact’s Luna V features Varka's debut alongside Flins in Phase 1 banners (February 25 - March 17). Phase 2 will feature reruns for Skirk and Escoffier (March 17 - April 7). There is also going to be a new event titled “Homeward, He Who Caught the Wind," alongside new world bosses and additional story content.
