Goa Nightclub Fire News: Magisterial inquiry ordered

Goa CM Pramod Sawant announced a magisterial probe into the incident, saying the inquiry will examine the permissions granted to the nightclub, as well as adherence to fire safety and building norms. He said the government has also lodged an FIR against the club’s owner and its general manager. “What permissions the club obtained and who granted them will be inquired into,” he told mediapersons.
