Calling Operation Sindoor India’s biggest strike on terrorists, PM Modi said it reflects the nation’s strength and women power, and reaffirms the policy of decisive retaliation

PM Modi speaking at at the Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Mahila Sashaktikaran Mahasammelan in Bhopal.

“Goli ka jawab gole se diya jayega (a bullet will be answered with artillery)," Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared on Saturday, underscoring India’s firm and forceful response to terrorism through Operation Sindoor.

Speaking in Bhopal, PM Modi described Operation Sindoor as India’s biggest and most decisive strike against terrorism. “Operation Sindoor is India’s biggest attack on terrorists and their settlements. It stands as a symbol of the nation’s strength," he said.

The Prime Minister also emphasised that Operation Sindoor embodies not only India’s military resolve but also its growing women power. “Operation Sindoor is a symbol of women power," PM Modi added, linking the operation to the broader theme of women-led empowerment.

Operation Sindoor was launched following the Pahalgam terror attack and involved targeted strikes against key terror infrastructure and camps across the border, marking a significant escalation in India’s counter-terrorism posture.
