While everyone else in the felony investigation is keeping a low profile, Marcus Jordan appears to be doing just the opposite. The son of NBA icon Michael Jordan hit the headlines once again over the weekend.

Well, it's not for any development in the courtroom, but for kissing mysterious women. That escalated pretty fast! However, if that wasn’t enough to create a buzz, he is also clubbing in Miami while awaiting his next court appearance for serious drug charges. His recent public outings were complete PDA, beach selfies, and clubbing. Meanwhile, these are giving fans and critics both something to raise an eyebrow about. Is Marcus spiraling out of control, or simply living his life a little too much on the drug?

Marcus Jordan’s public PDA made fans question his behavior

To put the backlash into perspective, you have to go back to February 4, 2025.

But before that, let’s have a look at what the public had to say about his canoodling pictures, as reported by TMZ.

“Gotta be the drugs Bro.” One user commented.“He in his Coke era doing anything?” another user said.“What are they eating each other’s faces?” another said.“Curious, nu judgment.....does Marcus "do" anything that's self-preservation related?” another comment reads.“He loves them snow bunnies and wonder why he is always cracked out,” another said.

“That boy is living exactly how a billionaire son should,” another comment says.Jordan’s arrest in Orange County, Florida, happened when his Lamborghini became stranded on train tracks. Oh boy! It was a scene that looked like it was out of a movie, without the glitz. He was charged with DUI, resisting arrest without force, and felony possession of ketamine, which police first thought was cocaine. The tests later revealed it was ketamine, a Schedule III controlled substance.Flash-forward to June, that’s where his attorneys petitioned to postpone the trial, initially scheduled for June 23. The court granted the request, pushing proceedings to September 2025 to enable time for plea negotiations. Meanwhile, Jordan reported to fans on Instagram during May that he was "40 days sober and counting." That makes his flashy Miami weekend even more confusing.

From courtroom to club, and now Miami PDA tour

Then arrived the TMZ pics: Marcus kissing model Ashley Stevenson on the beach.

Her fans immediately pointed out how much she resembled his former flame, Larsa Pippen. This just added fuel to the drama. Recall that Marcus and Ashley were seen together in France last year but denied any romance, until now.And that wasn't the only beachside encounter. Just the day before that, Marcus was spotted with another unidentified female, once again in full PDA mode. Two days, two females, and one very confused fanbase.Whereas tabloids were having the time of their lives with the news, fans weren't laughing. Most labeled his actions "reckless," given his continued legal battle and public declarations of sobriety. Others were quick to connect the actions with his very public breakup with Larsa Pippen in 2024, which took an apparent hard emotional toll.

Even Larsa herself has spoken about the relationship being a "rollercoaster," stating her children urged her to end it.

Meanwhile, Real Housewives star Marysol Patton recently said Marcus appeared to be "headed down a bad path" after the breakup. There’s no denying Marcus is struggling to balance public image with personal identity. As the son of basketball royalty, scrutiny follows him everywhere. His arrest footage even captured him saying, “I’m Marcus Jordan. I’m Michael Jordan’s son. I’m not doing anything wrong.” Also Read: Larsa Pippen stuns in bikini post as ex Marcus Jordan sparks fresh dating buzz in Miami with multiple womenBut now, fans wonder: Is this newfound boldness a cry for help, or just the chaotic confidence to carve his own lane?
