HC Aroop protection: Organiser in div bench

Challenging Calcutta High Court’s single judge order of protection to former sports minister Aroop Biswas against any coercive action till Aug 17, Lionel Messi tour organiser Satadru Dutta moved the division bench on Tuesday. Dutta approached the division bench of Chief Justice Sujoy Paul challenging the order passed by the single bench of Justice Saugata Bhattacharyya.

The case may be heard this week, sources said.
