HC rebukes Nallapureddy for remarks against Kovur MLA

Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday took serious note of the remarks of YSRCP leader and former MLA Nallapureddy Prasanna Kumar Reddy against Kovur MLA Vemireddy Prasanthi Reddy.

Mr. Nallapureddy made objectionable comments against the TDP Kovur MLA recently following which a case had been registered against the YSRCP leader. Mr. Nallapureddy filed an anticipatory bail plea in the High Court which came to hearing on Tuesday. The court took the petition for hearing and questioned the objectionable remarks made against the woman MLA.

The court directed Mr. Nallapureddy to exercise restraint and refrain from making inappropriate comments. The hearing of the anticipatory bail petition was adjourned to Wednesday.
