The service is automatically available for all account holders, and registration is free of charge, according to information on the bank’s website.How to register online Customers with an Indian mobile number registered with the bank can activate net banking in a few simple steps:
- Enter Customer ID
- Confirm registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP received on mobile
- Provide debit card details
- Set a new IPIN
- Log in to NetBanking using the newly created IPIN
How to register via ATM Alternatively, customers can register at any HDFC Bank ATM by following these steps:
- Enter debit card number and ATM PIN
- Select Other Option on the main screen
- Choose NetBanking Registration and confirm
- The PIN for net banking will be couriered to the customer
