'He promoted betting apps that ruined many families': Gangster Himanshu Bhau claims responsibility for firing at YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s house

NEW DELHI: Gangster Himanshu Bhau has claimed responsibility for the firing incident outside the residence of YouTuber and Bigg Boss winner Elvish Yadav in Gurgaon’s Sector 56 on Sunday morning.

The gang made the claim through a social media post, with gangsters Neeraj Faridpur and Bhau Ritouliya stating that Yadav promoted betting apps that had “ruined many families.”

Family inside, no injuries reported

Police confirmed there were no injuries. Yadav was not at home during the attack. His father, Ram Avtar Yadav, said the family was present in the house when the shots were fired. “In the CCTV footage, three miscreants can be seen, out of which two are clearly visible.

The police administration is doing its job well,” he added.

Police cordon off area

The firing was carried out on the first floor of the building, while Elvish family stays on the third floor.Police teams cordoned off the area shortly after the incident and are examining CCTV footage. Senior Gurgaon police officials said an investigation is ongoing to trace the suspects.
