Heat takes a back seat as winds & rain return to Bhopal

Bhopal: After a humid day, the city witnessed strong winds and showers for the second consecutive day on Saturday evening, giving marginal respite from sultry weather. A similar weather was likely to prevail for the next few days in Bhopal.Day temperature in Bhopal on Saturday was 39.1 degrees celsius, a degree more than normal mark, while the night temperature in the city was 24.6 degrees celsius, two degrees less than the normal mark.In the forecast for Bhopal on Sunday the meteorological dept stated there would be partly cloudy sky with possibility of thunderstorm with lightning and light rain towards evening and night hours.Day and night temperature would be respectively 38 degrees celsius and 26 degrees celsius, while average wind speed will be 16 kilometers per hour.In the forecast for the state, a warning of thunderstorm, lightning and gusty winds was issued for Sehore, Gwalior, Bhind, Jabalpur, Damoh, Sagar, Bhopal, Vidisha, Raisen, Rajgarh, Narmadapuram, Betul, Harda, Dewas, Shajapur, Agar, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Guna, Ashoknagar, Shivpuri, Datia, Morena, Sheopur, Singrauli, Sidhi, Rewa, Mauganj, Satna, Anuppur, Shahdol, Umaria, Dindori, Katni, Narsinghpur, Chhindwara, Seoni, Mandla, Balaghat, Panna, Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh, Niwari, Maihar and Pandhurna dists.In the weather outlook the meteorological dept stated there would be no large change for the next four days.
