Hina Khan recently took a soulful break to immerse herself in the Art of Living experience. She was joined by her boyfriend, Rocky Jaiswal, actor Vikrant Massey, his wife Sheetal, their son, and Priyanka Chopra’s mother, Madhu Chopra, among others. The actress shared a series of pictures on Instagram from her visit to the ashram. One snapshot features Hina and Rocky posing with the Massey family, while another captures the duo alongside spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Sharing her thoughts on the heartfelt experience, Hina Khan wrote, “We all had different reasons to be there; we all had different callings. But once we got together, it was like a big family. We learned how to meditate; we learned how to activate our inner peace and power; we also unlearned the old ways and undid the old shackles." Hina cherished the shared moments, believing they not only grew together but also forged meaningful friendships along the way.

The actress noted that visiting the Art of Living taught her to look for “inner peace, self-discovery, and to live in the moment."

Likewise, Sheetal Thakur also shared pictures from the ashram visit on her Instagram, including their meeting with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. The post showed Sheetal and Vikrant spending some peaceful time at the ashram, exploring the environment, feeding cows, and petting elephants, with their son as a constant companion. “Left the world behind for a while and found stillness in its purest form. A few days at the ashram and my soul feels lighter. Can’t thank the entire team of the ashram enough for showering us with so much love, warmth, and grace. This truly felt like homecoming," she captioned the post.

Hina Khan’s post comes at a time when the actress continues to inspire others with her courage and high spirits as she battles breast cancer. From her unshakable commitment towards wellness to going strong with her work, Hina’s journey has touched many on the internet.

On the work front, Hina Khan will reportedly make her comeback to TV with the upcoming series titled Pati, Patni Aur Panga. Said to be featuring popular celebrity couples, Hina will join alongside her boyfriend, Rocky Jaiswal.
