Tom Brady is embracing fatherhood after his football career. He is co-parenting his three children, Jack, Benjamin, and Vivian, with exes Bridget Moynahan and Gisele Bündchen. Jack is graduating high school soon. Brady is also starting a broadcasting career. The children remain the focus for all parents as they navigate new chapters.
For Tom Brady, life after football has been less about touchdowns and more about teamwork, the kind that happens off the field. The seven-time Super Bowl champion has spent the last few years redefining what it means to be a modern dad, balancing co-parenting with exes Bridget Moynahan and Gisele Bündchen while guiding his three kids — Jack, Benjamin, and Vivian, through life’s next chapters.
A father first, quarterback second
Brady’s oldest son, Jack, 18, whom he shares with Blue Bloods actress Bridget Moynahan, is gearing up to graduate high school, a milestone that has both parents reflecting on how far they’ve come. “I’ve got a kid who’s graduating from high school soon,” Moynahan said on the Are You a Charlotte? podcast, noting she’s taking time off work to savor the moment. Brady, proud as ever, posted footage of Jack shooting hoops with the caption, “He got game 100 percent.
Future Wolverine @UMichBBall.”
Jack’s birth in 2007, just as Brady began dating Bündchen, once drew intense media scrutiny. Moynahan later recalled, “I would have cars following me, and men hiding in the bushes outside my house… as a new mother, you want to just protect your child.” But in time, the three parents found common ground. “Tom and I made a decision to raise a child together… My son is surrounded by love,” she said.
Building balance beyond the spotlight
After 13 years of marriage, Brady and Bündchen’s 2022 divorce brought a new phase of maturity to their family. The NFL icon shared, “When you decide to have children, that's a big undertaking… you want to provide them with values, so that when they move forward in their life, they have a real solid base.”For Gisele, motherhood remains her anchor. “My world was them,” she told Vanity Fair in 2023, recalling years of full-time parenting before embracing her post-divorce peace.
Now, as Brady steps into his broadcasting career and his exes thrive on their own paths, their children: Jack, 15-year-old Benjamin, and 12-year-old Vivian, remain the glue binding their families. “We’re never a finished product,” Brady reflected. “The kids aren’t finished products. At the end of the day, we’re learning along with them.”In a world obsessed with breakups, Brady’s story proves something rarer that love, when refocused, can still win long after the game ends. Also Read: “True diva”: Gisele Bündchen’s latest workout selfie sparks fan frenzy and fuels admiration for her post-Tom Brady glow-up
