- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Nursing with a minimum of 50% marks, OR
- General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Diploma with 50% marks from a recognized university or institution.

- General Knowledge (including Himachal Pradesh) and Current Affairs: 10 questions
