WWE legend John Cena has made a major promise to his wrestling fans ahead of his final bout in December. With six months remaining before he bids adieu to wrestling, he’s been discussing his run so far and his plans for life after wrestling. During one of the recent premieres, John Cena spoke to That Grape Juice, promising fans about giving his all.Appearing on the red carpet for his new film Heads of State, Cena said, “It’s my final time. I’m done in December. I think the one common thread you’ll find in me for 25 years is I will give you my absolute best. So, regardless of what the TV shows dole out and how we try to entertain audiences, I will leave nothing on the cam. I will leave everything on the cam.”

Cena announced 2025 as his final year of wrestling and is on a retirement tour, committing to around 36 appearances. He now has 15 dates remaining. He will next appear on the July 18th edition of WWE SmackDown and then will appear for another major premium live event, SummerSlam 2025.

Speculations are doing the rounds that Cena might face his arch-rival Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam 2025, who recently was crowned as King of the Ring, at the Night of Champions on June 28 in Riyadh.According to PWMania, “WWE has announced that the current Undisputed WWE Champion, John Cena, will appear on the SmackDown episode airing on July 18th.
