The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially declared the result for the June 2025 CS Executive Programme on August 25, 2025. The result was made available at 2:00 PM IST on the institute’s official website, icsi.edu. Earlier in the day, ICSI had released the results for the CS Professional Programme at 11:00 AM, bringing relief and celebration for thousands of aspiring company secretaries across the country. The results are accessible for candidates under the 2022 syllabus. Alongside the results, ICSI has also published the provisional merit list. How to download ICSI CS executive result
Follow these steps to access and download your scorecard for the Executive or Professional Programme:
- Visit icsi.ed, the institute’s official website.
- On the homepage, click the relevant link – “CS Professional Result June 2025” or “CS Executive Result June 2025.”
- On the login page, enter your roll number and 17-digit registration number or PIN.
- Submit the credentials to view your result, including subject-wise marks and overall status.
- Download and save or print your scorecard for future reference.

Digital copy of ICSI CS results 2025
For the Professional Programme, candidates can access their digital scorecards online immediately after the result declaration.
Additionally, a physical copy of the result-cum-marks statement will be dispatched by post to the registered address of the candidate. In case the hard copy is not received within 30 days of result declaration, candidates should promptly contact ICSI at [email protected] for assistance.On the other hand, for the Executive Programme, only an electronic result-cum-marks statement will be issued. No physical copies will be sent, and candidates are advised to download and securely save their e-result for future reference.
What’s next for successful candidates
Students who successfully clear the Executive Programme become eligible for ICSI membership and can step into roles in corporate governance and compliance. Meanwhile, the December 2025 session for both Executive and Professional Programmes is scheduled from December 22 to 29, 2025.
