Idly Kadai: Dhanush’s birthday update builds buzz, first single out soon

Dhanush will be next seen on big screens in 'Idly Kadai', and it has been officially announced that the rural drama will hit the screens on October 1. The film, which was supposed to release in April, was postponed due to some reasons.

The filming of the film has now been completed and post-production work is in full swing. Meanwhile, it is said that a special update will be released on the occasion of Dhanush's birthday.

GV Prakash’s post hints at first single release soon

The film's music composer GV Prakash Kumar posted 'Idly Kadai' on his X (formerly Twitter) page and added emojis. This confirms that the first single of the film 'Idly Kadai' will be released soon. Fans were already anticipating the release of a single or teaser on Dhanush's birthday (July 28).

Now this update has made them even more excited.

Dhanush wraps dubbing

Playing the leading role, Dhanush is also helming 'Idly Kadai', and the film marks his fourth directorial after 'Pa Paandi', 'Raayan', and 'NEEK'. Dhanush has been fully engaged in the dubbing and music scoring of the film for the past few days. Even though he had a two-week break from July, he used it to his advantage and quickly wrapped up the filming of ‘Idly Kadai’. Reports suggest that not only him, but also the dubbing work of other actors has been completed.

Along with all this, Dhanush is currently acting in a new film directed by Vignesh Raja. The pooja is over, and the shooting has started. So far, Dhanush has directed Pa.
