Importance of nurturing innovation among students stressed

It is important to nurture innovation among students to create sustainable technological solutions and contribute meaningfully to the nation’s growth, said Vivekanand Challa, Head- Engineering Services Talent Development and India Growth Office, Tech Mahindra, Hyderabad.

He was addressing students at Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education (Deemed to be University) at Kanuru in Vijayawada during a programme organised in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) as part of Innovation Day celebrations, marking the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, on Wednesday.

President of Siddhartha Academy of General and Technical Education (SAGTE) M. Rajayya, secretary P. Lakshman Rao, Senior Manager-Campus Hiring (A.P. and Telangana), Cognizant Technologies, Hyderabad, Jitender Singh, Vice-Chancellor of Siddhartha University Venkateswara Rao, and Pro Vice-Chancellor A.V. Ratna Prasad also spoke on the occasion.
