India has achieved a historic milestone in women’s health, securing three Guinness World Records titles under the nationwide Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan, Union Health Minister JP Nadda announced in a post on X.

The campaign, conducted from September 17 to October 2, 2025, in conjunction with Poshan Maah, focused on strengthening preventive and women-centric healthcare nationwide. It aimed to enhance health and nutrition among women, adolescent girls, and children, promoting early detection of health issues, access to essential services, and family empowerment for a healthier nation.

According to the minister’s post, over 19.7 lakh health camps were organised across all districts, witnessing a massive footfall of more than 11 crore people. These efforts have earned India three Guinness World Records, marking a new benchmark in community health mobilisation.

“This record-breaking accomplishment is a proud stride towards a Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar, and Viksit Bharat," Nadda wrote, celebrating the nationwide participation and reaffirming the government’s focus on empowering women as the cornerstone of a healthier, stronger India.
