Indian Embassy in Doha has expressed deep concern over Ras Laffan Industrial Zone explosion and solidarity with Qatar. India also shared helplines and email for assistance.

The Indian Embassy in Qatar’s capital, Doha, has expressed ‘deep concern’ at the explosion that rocked gulf nation’s Ras Laffan Industrial Zone yesterday. They also said that the Indian community stands in solidarity with the government and the people of Qatar.

“At this challenging and difficult time, the Embassy of India and the entire Indian community in Qatar stands in solidarity with the Government and people of Qatar. We wish for speedy recovery of those injured and hope and pray for the safety of those missing," the Indian Embassy said in a statement posted on X.

They also released helpline numbers (+974-55647502 or +974-55384683) and asked people to reach out on this e-mail ID – [email protected] – in case they need any assistance.
