Influencer Anjali Arora's fiancé held for using fake MP/MLA pass on tinted window scorpio during Republic day checks in UP

BAREILLY: UP Police have arrested Aakash Sansanwal for allegedly using a fake MP/MLA pass on his car during heightened security checks ahead of Republic Day in Meerut on Sunday. The arrest was made at Kashi toll plaza on the Delhi–Meerut Expressway during routine vehicle checking under Partapur police station jurisdiction.SSP Meerut Dr Vipin Tada told TOI, "Sansanwal was driving a Scorpio bearing a legislator’s pass. On verification, the pass was found to be forged, following which he was taken into custody. We have lodged an FIR under section 318-4 (Cheating by Personation/Fraud using False Identity), 338 (Forgery of Valuable Security), 336 (Forgery for the purpose of cheating), 340 (Forged document or electronic record and using it as genuine) and all were sent to jail.

"SSP said that police are cracking down on vehicles using forged passes in the names of public representatives and those violating traffic norms.Sansanwal, a resident of Katwaria Sarai in Delhi’s Kishangarh area, allegedly claimed to be a personal assistant to a sitting MP and also projected close links with the MP’s family. Police said these claims are being verified.Sansanwal is the fiance of social media influencer Anjali Arora.

During the same checking operation, police seized five vehicles found using fake MP and MLA passes and initiated action against their drivers. In total, police have lodged over 50 FIRs against vehicle owners for violations including use of black film and breach of traffic rules.
