IRCTC has announced an eight-night, nine-day ‘Panch Jyotirlinga Darshan’ tour aboard the Bharat Gaurav tourist train, departing from Secunderabad railway station on August 16. The pilgrimage will cover Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga (Nagpur–Ujjain), Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga (Nashik), Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga (Pune) and Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga (Aurangabad).
Boarding and de-boarding facilities will be available at key stations along the route, including Secunderabad, Kamareddy, Nizamabad, Dharmabad, Mudkhed, Nanded and Purna. The tour package includes complete travel arrangements, covering both rail and road transport, as well as accommodation and catering services, with breakfast, lunch and dinner provided both on board and off the train.
There will be security on train (CCTV cameras), public announcement facility in all coaches, travel insurance and presence of tour managers throughout the travel for assistance. Fare for sleeper is ₹14,700 per person (₹13,700 for child aged 5-11 years), 3AC at 22,900 (₹21,700 for a child) and 2AC at ₹29,900 (₹28,400 for a child).
