In an interview with GQ published Friday, Grillo said he knew nothing about “Peacemaker” or its star when the director of the film, James Gunn, first approached him for Season 2. He said, “I had never seen ‘Peacemaker.’ I didn’t know who the f**k John Cena was,” Grillo revealed.

In order to learn more, he turned to someone who did. “I asked my son, ‘Is John Cena a big wrestler?’” Grillo recalled and said, “He goes, ‘You’re stupid.’” However, it has come to light that fans are quite disappointed about the fact that Gillo does not know much about John Cena and his contributions to the wrestling legacy.

John Cena rose to become one of WWE’s most celebrated and dominant fan favorites. He is one of the most prominent baby faces of all time. John Cena has recently dropped a hint about his final WWE exit, and he announced it with an interesting reference to the famous Argentine football legend Lionel Messi. Following his appearance on SmackDown, The Cenation Leader has posted a picture of Lionel Messi on his social media handle.

In the Instagram post of Cena, Messi could be seen wearing his famous FC Barcelona jersey No. 10. Cena posted the image to draw a reference to the number of matches that he has left with WWE.
