Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge told the media that the question of changing Karnataka Chief Minister can only be answered by the party high command. BJP MP Tejasvi Surya asks, who is ‘high command’ exactly.

“It is in the hands of the party high command. No one can say what is going on in the high command,” said Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Monday, while responding to the question of change in leadership in Karnataka.

“It is left to the high command and they have the right to take further action, but no one should create problems unnecessarily,” Kharge told the media as the rumours regarding DK Shivakumar will soon become Chief Minister gained ground.

BJP MP Tejasvi Surya took a swipe at the comment, asking who is the high command if not the Congress president.
