Itel Aqua feature phone with support for 10 regional languages launched in India, priced at Rs 1,799

Itel has launched the Itel Aqua, which the company claims is the most durable feature phone, priced at Rs 1,799. As per Itel, Aqua is the country’s only feature phone with an IP67 water and dust resistance rating, capable of surviving submersion in water for up to 30 minutes and exposure to muddy or dusty environments.

It also debuts AI Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC), a first‑of‑its‑kind technology in feature phones, ensuring clear conversations even in noisy surroundings.

Itel Aqua: Price and Availability

The Itel Aqua is part of the company’s new Inno Series, focused on durability and practical innovation. Available in Blue, Red, and Black, the Aqua is now on sale at retail stores across India for Rs 1,799. According to Itel, the device was developed in response to consumer insights showing water damage as a leading cause of feature phone replacement.

The Itel Aqua comes with a 2.4‑inch display, 1200mAh battery, and Type‑C charging support. It includes Bluetooth connectivity, wireless FM radio with recording, expandable storage up to 32GB, and auto call recording. The phonebook supports 1,000 contacts with icons, while King Voice provides bilingual voice assistance in English and Hindi. The Aqua also supports 10 regional languages, making it accessible to diverse users.
