Jagga Reddy meets Rahul Gandhi

Senior Congress leader and three-time MLA T. Jayaprakash Reddy (Jagga Reddy) met the Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi along with his family members.

Mr. Reddy, who is close to the Gandhi family, discussed the ongoing political situation in Telangana and explained how the government’s decision to implement 42% reservation for Backward Classes has enhanced the party’s image across the State.

Mr. Reddy also invited Mr. Gandhi to his daughter’s wedding on August 7. His wife, Nirmala Reddy, chairperson of the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC), was also present.
