Jake Paul’s company, Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), signed five top female boxers on July 29, 2025. The deal includes four world champions and one young star. These fighters come from four countries and have strong stories.

Shannon Courtenay of Britain, Jasmine Artiga from the US, Desley Robinson of Australia, Yesica Nery Plata from Mexico, and amateur Sa’Rai Brown‑El will now fight under MVP. This move shows how MVP wants to grow women’s boxing across the world.

Shannon Courtenay of Britain won the WBA bantamweight title. For that title, she defeated Ebanie Bridges in April 2021 at the Copper Box Arena in London. Now 32, with a 9‑3 record, she has not fought much since then.

She said: “My main focus is becoming a two‑time world champion, and with MVP backing I know I can win more titles.”

WBA super‑flyweight champion Jasmine Artiga (USA) hails from Tampa. She is undefeated at 13-0-1. She was proclaimed winner March 2025 after defeating Regina Chavez. In Orlando, Florida, on August 23, 2025, Artiga will confront Linn Sandstrom.Desley Robinson (Australia) is unified middleweight IBF and WBO champion. She became champion in April 2025 after beating Chloe Chaos, unifying the belts. She had fought with a broken foot when she beat Kaye Scott. Her record is 10‑3 . She said: “I love what Jake Paul and the MVP team are doing … I can’t wait to show the team what I have.”

Yesica Nery Plata (Mexico) is former unified WBA and WBC junior flyweight champion. She has a record of 30‑2. Her last fight was in December 2023 when she retained titles by beating Sarah Bormann in Germany. She was later stripped of the belts. Plata said she is happy to sign with MVP and believes they can help women boxers become stars.Sa’Rai Brown‑El (USA), age 19, is a top amateur who won 19 U.S. national titles. She is called the “future of women’s boxing” by Team USA. This will be her pro debut.
