He now stands just 29 points behind current leader Jasprit Bumrah of India, with 853 rating points in the Test bowlers rankings.Noman's stellar performance helped Pakistan secure a 93-run victory over South Africa in the recent Lahore Test match, propelling him up four places in the rankings.

Fellow Pakistani left-arm bowler Shaheen Afridi also made significant progress, climbing three spots to 19th position after claiming four wickets in the second innings of the same match.The Test batting rankings saw multiple Pakistani players advancing their positions.

Mohammad Rizwan moved up four spots to 16th, while Babar Azam climbed two positions to 22nd. Salman Agha made an impressive eight-place jump to reach 30th position. England's Joe Root continues to lead the Test batting rankings.South African batsmen also made notable gains in the rankings.
