He now stands just 29 points behind current leader Jasprit Bumrah of India, with 853 rating points in the Test bowlers rankings.Noman's stellar performance helped Pakistan secure a 93-run victory over South Africa in the recent Lahore Test match, propelling him up four places in the rankings.

Fellow Pakistani left-arm bowler Shaheen Afridi also made significant progress, climbing three spots to 19th position after claiming four wickets in the second innings of the same match.The Test batting rankings saw multiple Pakistani players advancing their positions.
