Daksh wants to pursue Computer Science Engineering in IIT, Bombay. He told The Hindu, “It was really challenging, but I’m very happy that I could make it. I would definitely thank my coaching centre, my parents, and my faculty who were with me during two years of my JEE preparation.”

“I started preparation for JEE since my class 10. I used to score well in every mock test at the coaching centre. I used to attend online and offline classes every day. Also, I used to do three to four mock tests every week. So, it helped me score well in JEE (Advanced). I did not write the CET,” he said.

Bhavesh Jayanthi, from Chaitanya Techno School, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, and the topper of the CET in the Engineering stream, managed to secure CRL 35 and emerged as the second topper of the State.

Kushagra Gupta, who scored 100 percentile marks in JEE (Mains Session 1 & 2) 2025 and a student from Narayana Co-Kaveri Bhavan, Kasavanahalli, Bengaluru has got CRL 49 in JEE (Advanced) 2025.

Bhavesh Jayanthi is setting his eyes on Computer Science or Electrical engineering at IIT Bombay. Bhavesh’s strategy included a consistent and disciplined approach in academics and made it a point to ask questions whenever in doubt. “I concentrated on lectures and made sure I studied daily,” he added.

Kushagra emphasised that continuous tests aided him to crack the exam and identify the weak areas. His journey faced consistent low marks at differing stages. “I kept pulling myself as if there was no other option,” he added. He aims for IIT Bombay hoping to pursue Computer Science. Further, he is hoping to venture into Mathematical research. “Focus on the present rather than looking at the end result,” he stated.
