Members of the Jamaat-E-Islami Hind (JIH) will take up service activities as part of the birth anniversary celebrations of Prophet Muhammad, said organisation State leader Akbar Basha.
JIH, which has been doing service activities for the last seven decades, rendered services during Uttarakhand floods, conducted medical camps and vocational training for the youth, said the JIH Vijayawada North member Md. Ziauddin, at a press conference here on Monday.
The organisation which has been running schools and coaching centres, will organise various service activities during the birth anniversary celebrations of the Prophet, said organisation leaders Abdul Kalam and Mujahid Khan.
