Joy Crizildaa's earlier accusations of betrayal and abandoned pregnancy

Previously, Joy Crizildaa had accused Madhampatty Rangaraj of cheating on her by marrying her. She had said that they got married in 2023 and that she had evidence for it. She also alleged that Rangaraj abandoned her even when she was pregnant.

Due to this, she had repeatedly expressed her pain on social media and in the media.

Legal petition seeking monthly maintenance during pregnancy

Thereafter, Joy Crizildaa filed a petition in the Chennai Family Welfare Court, seeking an order against Madhampatty Rangaraj to pay Rs 6.5 lakh monthly towards her pregnancy care expenses. As per News 18, she stated in the petition, “As I am currently 7 months pregnant, I am unable to engage in the clothing design industry. This amount is necessary for medical expenses, house rent and other needs," she had stated.

The hearing on that petition is ongoing.
