One of the biggest dreams of beloved late Malayalam actor Kalabhavan Mani has finally come true as his daughter Sreelakshmi has now become a doctor.Kalabhavan Mani had always hoped for his daughter would pursue medicine and serve society.

With Sreelakshmi completing her medical education and beginning her practice, that dream has now become a reality.

Brother RLV Ramakrishnan shares the news

The update about Sreelakshmi’s achievement was shared by Mani’s brother and well-known artist RLV Ramakrishnan who revealed that she has completed her MBBS and has begun practicing as a doctor. According to Ramakrishnan, Mani had always wanted his daughter to dedicate her life to helping the poor and seeing that vision come true has filled the family with pride and happiness.

Sreelakshmi’s education and family life

Sreelakshmi completed her MBBS from a medical college in Ernakulam. After finishing her studies, she began her medical practice.The legendary actor's daughter is currently staying with her mother Nimmi at their home in Chalakudy.

Ramakrishnan remembers Kalabhavan Mani’s wishes

While sharing the update, RLV Ramakrishnan spoke with Manorama Online emotionally about his brother’s dreams , “Just as my brother wished, his daughter has become a doctor. His biggest desire was that she should become a doctor for the poor.

She has completed her MBBS and is now practicing. As far as I am concerned, my brother created great opportunities for me to grow as well. I received a doctorate and got a job as an assistant professor at Kalamandalam.

We have always kept him in our hearts and moved forward remembering his wishes and thoughts without losing courage. There were moments when our minds were shaken, but we controlled ourselves and continued forward just as my brother wanted. We are travelling along the path of his dreams,” said Ramakrishnan.Ramakrishnan also mentioned in the media interaction that Kalabhavan Mani’s support played a crucial role in helping him pursue a PhD and eventually become a teacher.
