Barely three months after Kalyan Banerjee and Mahua Moitra were involved in a public spat, the two Trinamool Congress MPs are once again training their guns on each other over the former's controversial remarks in the Kolkata law college rape case.
This time around, Kalyan Banerjee has taken a dig at Moitra's personal life, targeting her marriage by saying that she broke up the family of a man who had been married for 40 years — referring to her marriage with Odisha's BJD ex-MP Pinaki Misra.
"Mahua has come back to India after her honeymoon and started fighting with me! She accuses me of being anti woman, that what is she? She has broken a family of 40 years marriage and married a guy who is 65 years. Did she not hurt the lady?," he asked.
