Rukmini Vasanth shared pictures of herself learning horse-riding for the role. One of the images showed her listening to what director Rishab Shetty had to say before the scene. She also offered a glimpse of short snack breaks in between the shoot and a sketched version of Jayaram's King Rajashekara.She captioned the post, "Becoming Kanakavathi ." Soon, fans poured in love in the comment section of the post. A person posted, "So much of preparation and dedication to get into the character! Amazing." Another one added, "Massive congratulations!
