Kanye West has issued a scathing response to the latest amended lawsuit filed by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who accuses the rapper of the sexual assault, sex trafficking, false imprisonment, and other serious offenses.
The allegations stem from incidents that allegedly occurred between the years-2021 and 2023, including claims of oral rape, unwanted touching, and being offered as a “sexual gift” to others.
Pisciotta’s allegations: A pattern of coercion and abuse
According to Page Six, West’s spokesperson, Milo Yiannopoulos, dismissed the claims as “fantasy fiction,” stating that “Each new revision contradicts the others; each is more absurd and outlandish than all previous claims combined… We stand ready to annihilate Ms.
Pisciotta’s tall tales before a jury.”Yiannopoulos also emphasized that West “loathes violence,” has “never been arrested,” and “doesn’t even own a gun”.In her second amended complaint, Pisciotta alleges that West kissed her without any consent, groped her, and orally raped her in a hotel room, he also pressured her to wear tight clothing, made obscene comments, and further exposed her to sexual acts. She was even drugged during a studio session which was co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, who has not responded to the claim and after her dismissal, West allegedly moved into her apartment building, grabbed her by the throat, and continued to harass her.
Her attorney, Lisa Bloom, responded to West’s statement by saying, “Kanye himself has publicly admitted much of what she’s claiming… His publicist is deafeningly silent on Kanye’s own admissions, which will destroy him in court.”As the legal battle intensifies with time, Kanye West’s forceful denial and Pisciotta’s detailed allegations have ignited a firestorm of public debate. With both sides preparing for a potential jury trial, the case is shaping up to be one of the most high-profile and contentious celebrity lawsuits of the year with the utter public attention.
