Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah hands over CA sites in Mysuru to government departments

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has handed over title deeds of 63 un-allotted Mysuru Development Authority (MDA) civic amenities (CA) sites in Mysuru to various government departments. MDA was earlier known as Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA).

Mr. Siddaramaiah handed over orders transferring the 63 MDA sites to government departments at his residence in Mysuru on August 31 evening.

While 23 sites were handed over to Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC), 11 each have been allotted to Backward Classes Welfare Department and Minorities Welfare Development.

Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) has been handed 10 CA sites while Social Welfare Department and ST Welfare Department have been given two sites each.

Bogadi Town Panchayat, Minor Irrigation Department, Mysuru City Corporation and Fire and Emergency Services have been handed over one CA site each.

Deputy Commissioner of Mysuru G. Lakshmikant Reddy, who is also the Chairman of MUDA, and Commissioner of MUDA Rakshit were present on the occasion.
