Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2025: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the schedule for the second round of the Karnataka National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling 2025.
As per the official announcement, candidates who accepted seats under choice two and completed the fee payment, those who opted for choice three, and candidates who submitted options but did not receive any allotment in round one are eligible to take part in round two.KEA will open the option modification window for Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2025 round two from 12 December to 19 December, 2025. During this period, candidates may revise, delete or rearrange their option entries based on the choices made in the first round.
Once the second-round allotment results are declared, no further changes will be permitted.This round will include seats that remained vacant after the first round, as well as seats that were cancelled, surrendered or newly introduced.The provisional seat allotment result for Karnataka NEET PG 2025 round two will be released on 20 December, followed by the final allotment list on 22 December. Candidates allotted seats must complete the reporting process at their respective colleges by 28 December, before 5:30 pm.

Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2025: Documents required
KEA has clarified that participation in the second round is subject to the mandatory submission of original documents at the KEA office in Bengaluru, as per the rank-wise schedule notified. The authority has emphasised that candidates who do not submit the required original documents will not be considered for seat allotment in round two, even if they had submitted option entries earlier.Candidates must submit the following documents at the KEA office:
- Choice two printout and fee-paid receipt or choice three printout (two copies)
- National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 scorecard and admit card (two copies)
- Postgraduate Entrance Test (PGET) 2025 application printout and KEA verification slip (two copies)
- All original documents listed on the verification slip (with two photocopies)
