On top of that, she even went viral for her performance at one of the FIFA 2026 World Cup opening ceremonies, where she took the stage with 10-year-old singer Tius.

Now, the famed pop icon is back at it again, teasing something new without giving too much away.

Katy Perry recently took to her social media account to share a cryptic video, possibly announcing a new project. In the video, the singer seems to be dressed head to toe in construction gear with a yellow helmet and protective eyeglasses. On top of that, she even has a bat in her hand.With her popular song ‘The One That Got Away’ playing in the background, the singer walks into the frame of what seems to be an abandoned area with graffiti and broken and discarded items, and sits on a table.She posted the video along with the title message, “Maybe its finally time to watch it burn.” She has previously also posted videos and photos from the same location. No other message or announcement accompanied the teaser video. However, as soon as the singer shared it, fans tried to decode what it meant while sharing how excited they are about the entire thing.
