The latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorpati 17 started with Dharaa Sharma from Vadodara, Gujarat, who managed to win Rs 12,50,000 on the show. After she made an exit, host Amitabh Bachchan played another round of Fastest Finger First and Bhushan Sarode from Vapi, Gujarat.
Big B continues the game and strikes up a conversation with contestant Bhushan about his profession.
Bhushan shares that he is an Assistant Professor at RK Desai College of Science, specializing in Organic Chemistry. When Mr. Bachchan inquires about his choice to teach Chemistry, Bhushan explains that he hails from a region known as Asia’s second-largest chemical hub, which naturally offered greater opportunities in this field.
He also mentions that although his initial dream was to join the Civil Services, financial constraints prevented him from pursuing it, so he chose Chemistry as a stable career option. He goes on to reveal that his family lives in a small rented house and has faced many hardships over the years. This inspired him to concentrate on his studies, with the determination to transform his life and improve their circumstances.
