Max Verstappen finally clinched victory at the Italian Grand Prix in Monza on Sunday, and cheering him on from the paddock was his girlfriend, Kelly Piquet. She made sure to attend the race and also showed her support on social media.

This was a massive moment for the Red Bull champion, as he became the first F1 driver since 2019 to win the race from pole position. Here’s a glimpse of the celebrations through the eyes of Verstappen and Piquet.

Kelly Piquet, dressed in a stylish black outfit, attended the race with a few close friends. She shared several pictures from Monza, including a snap from the celebratory dinner after the race. The photo shows Max Verstappen sitting next to Piquet at a large table surrounded by friends and family.

Other photos showed her accompanied by other WAGS and friends as they all cheered for the F1 drivers in Monza.

Max Verstappen on his third win in Monza

Max Verstappen also posted a series of photos from the Grand Prix, including shots from the grand celebrations at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza. He captioned the post with excitement, “YES!!! Unbelievable weekend. Really proud of the massive effort from everyone @redbullracing. Grazie mille!”

Kelly Piquet responded in the comments with, “What a weekend” along with a heart emoji.

Verstappen’s sister, Victoria Verstappen, also dropped fire and heart emojis. One of the many fan reactions read: “Yes so happy for you all!! masterclass.”The Dutchman also shared a video showing the emotional moment he ran to hug his team right after crossing the finish line. He then embraced Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko, who was waiting to congratulate him.

This win marked Verstappen’s 66th career victory and came just a day after he set the record for the fastest lap in F1 history during the Qualifying. Speaking after the race, the father of one said, “A great day for us. Lap 1 was a bit unlucky, but after that, we were flying. The car was really enjoyable; I could manage the pace, and we pitted at the right time. Just fantastic execution by everyone. Step by step, race by race, but this was an unbelievable weekend for us.

Verstappen’s third win of the season comes after previous victories in Japan and Imola. He currently sits third in the F1 Drivers’ Standings with 230 points.
