Kendall Jenner, the supermodel from the Kardashian clan, wants to walk away from the runway to follow her passion for designing homes, after nearly a decade and a half into her career. The 29-year-old, one of the highest-paid models, describes her dream of living a ‘simple life’ away from the spotlight after being in one since her childhood.
Kendall Jenner wants to quit modelling
In a conversation with Vogue magazine, Jenner said, “I swear to God, I’m going to stop everything and just design homes. I’m not kidding,” while giving an interview alongside her fellow supermodel, Gigi Hadid. The reality show star said, “I love my space in LA, but I also really love the simple life. I like getting up every morning and throwing on a bathing suit or sweatpants and no makeup and just being free with my day.”Mentioning that she tries not to plan a future, Kendall opened up about being a homebody and prefers feeling normal during the time she’s not catwalking in the luxurious designer clothes.
Jenner goes to a horse show, just like one does, wearing a helmet and uniform, to compete with everyone else under a different name. Not that Jenner despised being in front of the camera, where her life was being documented and aired since she was 11, but Jenner doesn’t consider the reality show as something preferred. While her elder sisters, especially Kim and Khloe Kardashian, have been the regulars, the other two (Kourtney and Kylie) often took a break along with Kendall.
Kendall Jenner was homeschooled
In Emma Chamberlain’s Anything Goes Podcast in August 2024, the supermodel chronicled how she had been homeschooled for 11th and 12th grade. “Overall, I am really grateful because I think it could have been a lot worse. I think that Kylie and I, the one thing we had was a lot of stability,” she continued, adding that being on TV didn’t affect much, and it was only better because of their family and friends.
