According to a report by The Sporting News on August 5, the New York Knicks are no longer showing interest in signing Kevin Love, the 36-year-old former NBA champion. The news comes after Love was traded from the Miami Heat to the Utah Jazz in a three-team deal just last month.

As per Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints, the Jazz are expected to buy out Love’s contract very soon.

This means Love will become a free agent, available to join any NBA team that wants to sign him.Once believed to be a potential fit for the Knicks, the team now appears to have changed direction.
