Tarantino fans, rejoice! Four-hour cut of ‘Kill Bill’ saga will soon be hitting the screens, as the filmmaker has unveiled ‘The Whole Bloody Affair,’ after two decades of anticipation.
While they were released in two parts in 2003 and 2004, the long-edit version had its overdue for the proper theatrical experience.

The trailer with Uma Thurman’s iconic action has been released, which showcases the passion of the filmmaker. Releasing on December 5, 2025, in the theatres, the film promises the never-before-seen footage and the intended cuts from Quentin Tarantino. ‘Kill Bill’ was originally supposed to be a single film, but Harvey Weinstein insisted on dividing the Sagas.
While the vision was propelled two years later at the Cannes Festival and Tarantino’s New Beverly Cinema in Los Angeles, the film is now available to the masses, according to Variety. The uncut version will have 281 minutes of showtime, with 15 minutes of intermission, and the distribution specially includes 35mm and 70mm screens. “I wrote and directed it as one movie, and I’m so glad to give the fans the chance to see it as one movie.
The best way to see Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair is at a movie theatre in Glorious 70mm or 35mm. Blood and guts on a big screen in all its glory,” Tarantino said, as per Deadline.
