This film will artfully juggle between two eras, where a younger version of SRK battles the nefarious Raghav Juyal, while the elder King squares off against Abhishek Bachchan—who he’ll be sharing the screen with once again after a long hiatus.

Shah Rukh Khan's 'King' is one of the most highly anticipated films of 2026. The makers dropped the title reveal video on SRK's 60th birthday, and it has since received massive love from the audience.

Now, amidst the buzz around the film, a report has revealed that the action flick will feature two timelines.

Shah Rukh Khan to lock horns with Raghav Juyal in 'King'

According to the India Today report, Khan's 'King' will have two different timelines. Reportedly, the actor will be seen playing his character at various stages of his life. If the report is to be believed, the younger version of the Khan's character will fight against Raghav Juyal, who reportedly plays the role of an antagonist.

Meanwhile, as per the report, the older King will lock horns with the main villain, Abhishek Bachchan.

Shah Rukh and Abhishek will be reuniting on screen after many years. The duo last worked with each other in 'Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna' and 'Happy New Year'. On the other hand, Raghav Juyal recently impressed everyone with his performance in SRK's son Aryan Khan's debut directorial show, 'The Ba***ds of Bollywood'.

The film will mark the big-screen debut of SRK's daughter, Suhana Khan. She made her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar's 'The Archies', which was released on Netflix. Apart from the father-daughter duo, the movie also features Anil Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Arshad Warsi, Jaideep Ahlawat, Jisshu Sengupta, Akshay Oberoi, Raghav Juyal, Abhay Verma, and Saurabh Shukla.Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film has been scheduled to hit cinemas next year.
