Vijay Deverakonda fans upset over THIS reason; details inside

Vijay Deverakonda's spy action drama 'Kingdom' has arrived on the online streaming platform, but the film's digital release has led to some disappointment among fans. Many viewers who tuned in to rewatch the film on OTT were quick to notice that certain portions were missing.

Let's find out more.

Scenes trimmed

As per a report by 123Telugu, certain parts, including a much-loved song and a key action sequence, were missing. One of the letdowns came with the absence of the romantic track 'Hridayam Lopala.' Even in theatres, the song had been cut from the movie. Apparently, the makers believed the romantic song did not fit in with the serious nature of the story that was developed; therefore, they decided to cut the song from the movie altogether.

Fans were still hoping the extended OTT version of the film would contain the complete song. Unfortunately, they were disappointed since the streaming version also contained the same cut.It is also suggested that a major sequence, the carnival fight scene, has been edited out of the OTT version, leading to further backlash from audiences. Several fans took to social media to express their disappointment, pointing out that such edits dilute the overall impact of the story.
