KLETU secures position in NIRF for 3rd successive year

KLE Technological University, Hubballi, a premiere institution of higher education in North Karnataka has earned a place in the prestigious NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) of Ministry of Education, Government of India, for the third consecutive year.

In a release issued here, KLETU said that the institute has been placed in the Rank Band of 151-200 in the Engineering stream under India Rankings 2025.

By consistently being placed in the 151–200 rank band alongside leading Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and National Institutes of Technology (NITs), KLE Technological University has demonstrated its strong commitment to academic excellence, impactful research, industry collaboration, and student success, the release said.

The NIRF rankings are one of the most trusted benchmarks of higher education quality in India. Institutions are evaluated across multiple dimensions such as teaching and learning, research and professional practices, graduation outcomes, outreach and inclusivity, and perception. This recognition highlights the university’s vision of fostering innovation, sustainability, and experiential learning, while equipping students with the skills to drive future advancements in engineering and technology, the release said.
