KMC told to complete ongoing works before September 30

District Collector P. Ranjith Basha on Tuesday (September 02, 2025) directed the officials to complete all the ongoing city beautification and road laying works by September 30. The Collector inspected the ongoing road widening and beautification works taken up by the Kurnool Municipal Corporation (KMC) at Silver Jubilee College, Vignan Mandir, Bangarupet, Sunkesula Road, and other areas. The Collector expressed dissatisfaction over non-completion of some works even as funds were sanctioned six months ago.
