KOLKATA: The body of an 11-year-old class 5 student was found hanging inside a wardrobe at her Alipore home on Sunday evening. Her step-mother - reportedly a cousin of RG Kar rape convict Sanjay Roy - found her hanging in the evening after she returned from shopping.The girl, a student at a well-known English-medium private school in Kolkata, lived with her parents in the upscale locality of Alipore. Her father was at work, leaving her alone at home. Upon her return, the step-mother was alarmed by the silence and, after she didn't get any response to calls, broke open the door to her daughter's room.
