KV Dharwad students excel in ‘Mera Amrit Station’ competition

Students of PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya, Dharwad, have excelled in the competitions held under the “Mera Amrit Station” initiative of the Indian Railways.

While Roshani of Class III emerged as the star performer in the Drawing Competition, securing the 1st prize for her creative and imaginative artwork, Surabhi V.G. of Class IX secured 2nd position in the essay competition and 3rd position in elocution competition, a release from KV said.

The students received the prizes from Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot during the inauguration ceremony of the Amrit Stations held in Dharwad recently. Chairman of Karnataka Legislative Council Basavaraj Horatti and others were present.

 Deputy Commissioner of the KVS Regional Office Dharmendra Patle, Assistant Commissioners R. Pramod and Hema K., and principal Rakesh Kumar Goyal have congratulated the students for their excellent performance.
